Specification:- Agarwood (Aquilariaagallocha Roxb.) is believed to have originated from theIndian hills ofAssam. Agarwood or oodh, Agar, Aguru, Gaharu,Chenxiang , oud, oude, lignum aquila, eagle wood,agilawood.This highgrade Agarwood oil grade A Pure Assam has a brownish colour. Theoil Extracted from the Agarwood which hasgrown India near Assam states.The powerful scant will stay on the skin for a long timeapproximately 32 to 40 hours and scant will stay on the body 2 to 3days. This is very fine and high quality Oud oil Grade A with anastonishing complexity and a very pleasing aroma. The scant willappeal to novice and it will delight the seasoned collector. Theoil is comes from the finest Natural Agarwood. The age and highquality of this oil makes it come on heavy but after that it willdevelop into a light and soft but still strong smelling scent. Theuse of Agarwood oil for perfumery extends back several thousandyears in the Near East. In India various grades of Agarwood aredistilled separately before blending to produce attar (scent).Agarwood has also been used for medicinal purposes for thousands ofyears, and continues to be used in Ayurvedic, Tibetan andtraditional East Asian medicine. Both agarwood and its resindistillate/extracts are known as oud in Arabic (literally"wood") and used to describe agarwood in nations and areas inArabic countries.Western perfumers may also use agarwood essentialoil under the name "oud" or"oudh".

 

Note:- There are Three popular Agarwood oil/ oud oilDistillation Processes.

1- Water Distillation.

2- Steam Distillation

3- Continuous Steam Distillation.

Water Distillation Process:- The water distillation processused water to extract the agarwood oil. We are usually the Agarwoodraw materials is put in to the water tank and then heated the boil.Then you see the resultant agarwood vapors and than are convertedin to the liquid or oils. In the separate layer of water andAgarwood oil in the process. The fast process covering 5 to 11 daysfor per distillation. The wood in such grades will be furtherprocessed to leave out only the dark brown or black heartwood. Theywill be dried and dehumidified in sunshine for 3 to 4days.
